Do I need to open an account in order to shop with you?

No, registering for a free account is not required to browse or place an order. However, by setting up an account with us, it will allow you to order without having to enter your details every time you shop with us. You can login right now, or you can first start shopping and create your account before you check out at the shopping cart page.

How do I create an account?

Please click on “Register” on top bar followed by ‘Create An Account’ and fill in your personal particulars.

How do I pay for my orders?

We accept payments via Paypal and all major credit and debit cards such as Mastercard, VISA, Discover and American Express.

Can I amend and cancel my order?

If you need to amend or cancel your order, please contact us ASAP.  We try to ship all order same day therefore we’d greatly appreciate all requests by 5PM the same business day.

I have a discount code, how can I use it?

Key in the discount code at the field “Discount Code” and click “Add” in your Shopping Cart page before proceeding to check out.

When will my order be processed?

We strive to have all orders packaged and shipped the same day however this is not always possible.  All orders will be processed within 2 working days, excluding weekends and public holidays.  If you need a quicker processing time please note so in the comments section of your order and we will do our absolute best to accommodate your request.

How can I track my delivery?

Once the order has been packaged and shipped, an email confirmation will be sent to you with the tracking number. You may check and track the delivery status of your orders with USPS.com
